As you may have noticed, the world has begun to discover the benefits of silicone for teething children. The fact that it contains no nasties means that parents can happily let their little ones put these soft teething items into their little gummy mouths. siliwear recognised this wave of popularity, and have created a lovely range of necklaces and bangles for mums who want to look good and feel comfortable while their bub is happy teething.

siliwear is run by Matt and Cassie, parents themselves, who have developed this lovely new business. They contacted me to review some of their products, and I have had the opportunity to wear one of their necklaces and a bangle over the last few weeks.

The very trendy and unique amber colour looked fabulous with black clothing, and the lightweight nature of the silicone made these incredibly comfortable. I loved how on trend these pieces are, which means that mums can be fashionable while still being able to cater to their bub's needs. The bangle was oversized and chunky, perfect to distract little hands if you forgot to throw a teething toy in your nappy bag. The necklace can be purchased in two lengths. Having already collected a wide range of longer necklaces, I opted for the shorter choice, and absolutely love the look. While this length is a little harder

for the smaller bubs to grab, it is perfect if you want to share with your bigger children (like my Miss2, who yet again decided that all of mummy's mail was in fact for her!). The quick release clasp feature on the necklace offers peace of mind if your necklace does get pulled on, (or off). This is also handy if it has been 'borrowed' by your preschooler! Ultimately, these pieces are perfect throughout teething and beyond.

As with all silicone jewellery, it can be easily washed or wiped off when it gets dropped or dirty. Obviously a huge benefit when they are getting put into little ones' hands and mouths.
