Who out there has seen the huge number of ads out there advertising panty liners for women? Each one listing more and more reasons why it is necessary to wear one, and making you feel absolutely terrible that you are not 'looking after' that aspect of your life. The one that has been driving me mad recently has been the one that claims to absorb all of the sweat you get when exercising... I'd never worried about that until now, thanks very much for that!

Now there is a reason why I am bringing this to your attention, it's because I have discovered an awesome new product that eliminates the need for these, quite

frankly annoying, and most certainly damaging for the environment, panty liners. The brand is Modibodi and they have created the most amazing product for women. They stock a range of beautiful and functional undergarments. The difference between Modibodi and every other brand is their unique moisture absorbing design. They have their unique Modifier Technology that eliminates odour/sweat, absorbs moisture & leaks and it also resists stains. All allowing you to stay cool, dry and fresh throughout the day or night.

I have to admit that I was really excited and impressed when Kristy from Modibodi contacted me, because this incredible idea, that is totally based in Australia by the way, is something that I know will be appreciated by many many women. Personally, I wish that I had access to these garments when I first had my daughter. Now, I am very aware that this is a touchy subject for some, especially for young mums, but after having a child, not all muscles want to work the way they once did. Embarrassingly, this can sometimes lead to small (and sometimes large) unexpected accidents. I admit to being taken by surprise by this little development, after all, I was still in my 20's! This sort of this is reserved for ladies who are on those ads on TV, right? Unfortunately this did affect me for many months (and occasionally if there is a rogue trampoline or jumping castle, even now), and it actually ruined many a good pair of undies. Not to mention the many many panty liners that I went through (not a good thing for the budget, let me tell you!). So now knowing about Modibodi and their very clever technology, I am keen to get the word out to help new mums avoid this predicament.

The brilliant thing about this brand, is that it can be used by ladies in all stages of life. From teens, who are just beginning hormonal changes, and would rather not need a liner every day, to pregnancy, when absorbent underwear is definitely useful (with the added benefit of these underwear being incredibly soft and comfortable too!), through to post pregnancy and beyond. These should be in every ladies' underwear drawer!

Now I hear you asking, what do they look like??? Because traditionally anything that is this functional must look like granny pants (no offence intended to granny pants lovers). Well you will be pleased to know, Kristy has designed a beautiful range, from simple, every day designs, to lace trimmed sensual designs and then the new sport range, created to help absorb sweat during a workout. There is something for everyone.

I am also thrilled to let you know that Kristy is a lovely mum in business, who has been working on this project since having her children. She knows what works, because she has been there herself.

assure you, you will not regret your decision. I personally have already decided to invest in a multi pack, and will be watching closely as Kristy further develops her brand and product. In fact, as I write, Kristy is busy with the upcoming launch of a fabulous new nursing singlet for breastfeeding mums. This singlet will eliminate the need for disposable breastpads (something that ladies with sensitive skin will be cheering about, as those disposable breastpads can be incredibly itchy!)
